Privacy Policy

We keep as little of your data as we can, because the less we hold, the less there is to lose. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address. So we can send your login and setup details, receipts, and reach you about your account.
• Payment confirmation. When you pay by cryptocurrency we record that a payment was made and for which plan. We do not receive or store card numbers or bank details.
• Technical and connection data. To deliver the stream and to enforce device limits, our system sees things like the connecting IP address, the player app in use and connection times. This is the normal information any streaming service needs to work.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

What we do not collect

We do not collect card or bank details, because payment is by crypto. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles from what you watch.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to set up and maintain your subscription, take payment, deliver the stream, keep the service secure and fair, answer your questions, and, if you have opted in, send you occasional updates or offers. You can opt out of those at any time from your account settings.

Cookies

The public site uses only what is needed to work and to remember basic preferences. We do not run invasive third-party tracking on it.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, such as our hosting and the crypto payment processor, and only the minimum they need. We do not share your data for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, then remove what we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to any records we are required to keep. Just contact us.

Security

We protect the service with HTTPS throughout, a hidden and firewalled origin, and per-customer links that we can reset instantly if one ever leaks.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top will change too. Significant changes will be made clear.
