Refund Policy
Every paid plan comes with a 5-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not working for you in your first 5 days, tell us and we will make it right, including a full refund if we cannot fix it.
The short version: try it, and if you are not happy in the first 5 days, contact us. We will either solve the problem or refund you.
How it works
Most issues in the first few days are quick setup or network fixes, so the first step is always to contact support. Give us a real chance to put it right. If we genuinely cannot get the service working well for you within your first 5 days, we refund your payment in full.
What it covers
The guarantee is there for real problems with the service during your first 5 days: it will not run, it keeps dropping, or it clearly is not what was described. We would always rather fix that than lose you, but the refund is there if we cannot.
The conditions, in plain language
- The request must be made within 5 days of your first payment.
- It applies to your first subscription and is available once per customer.
- Please contact support first and allow us to troubleshoot before a refund is issued.
- It does not apply where the terms have been broken, for example sharing a login beyond your plan or attempting to resell access.
- The free trial is there precisely so you can test first, at no cost and with no card.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid only in cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you give us, also when you paid by card. The amount returned reflects the value at the time the refund is processed. Refunds are usually handled within a couple of days of being agreed.
After the first 5 days
Once the 5-day window has passed, plans are non-refundable, but if you cancel you keep access until the end of the term you have paid for. Nothing renews by itself: when your plan ends, you decide whether to renew it.
How to request a refund
Message us from your account or through the contact page using the email on your order. Tell us what is going wrong, and we will take it from there.
