Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and VOLTIX when you use our website and service. By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them. We have kept the language as plain as we can.

1. What VOLTIX provides

VOLTIX is a streaming technology and media aggregation service. We provide access to third-party media sources and the tools to organise and watch them. We do not host, store or broadcast content on our own servers, and we do not control what any third-party source makes available or for how long.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for using the service lawfully in the country where you live and watch. Laws about streaming vary from place to place, and it is your job to make sure your use is permitted where you are. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping your login and playlist link private. Your subscription is for your own household. Sharing your login outside your household or beyond your plan's device limit may lead to suspension. If you think your details have leaked, contact us and we will reset your link.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Plans are sold for a fixed period (for example monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) and for a set number of simultaneous devices. Payment is taken up front, usually by cryptocurrency. Plans do not renew by themselves: at the end of a term you can renew from your account, at the price shown at that time. Prices and offers can change, but a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered it is time-limited and intended to let you test the service on your own devices. Trials are one per customer and are not transferable.

6. Refunds

Paid plans are covered by our refund policy, which includes a 5-day money-back guarantee. Please read it, as it explains the conditions and how to make a request.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute or publicly rebroadcast the service unless you are enrolled in our reseller program. You agree not to attempt to bypass device limits, tamper with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Content availability

The channels, streams and titles available through third-party sources change over time and cannot be guaranteed. The presence of any particular content at one moment is not a promise that it will remain available. Our commitment is to the reliability and quality of the service, not to any specific item of content.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, including running key channels from more than one source. Even so, no online service can promise to be available every second, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, source outages, and problems with your own network or devices can all affect what you see.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where payment fails, or where use puts the service at risk. You can stop using the service at any time by letting your plan lapse.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, VOLTIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content delivered by third-party sources. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot be removed by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
